About the partnership

St Raphael's provides specialist palliative care to patients and families across Sutton, Merton, Kingston and Croydon. They rely almost entirely on the generosity of their local community, and that community already knows them.

How we work together
The Helm partnership model
Helm provides experienced, trained fundraisers who represent St Raphael's in their own community. Every fundraiser goes through full induction and ongoing support.
Community fundraising
Fundraisers work in sites across the hospice's catchment area, talking to people who are already part of the St Raphael's story. It is a conversation, not a cold call.
Training & onboarding
Every Helm fundraiser learns the hospice's story, values, and the communities they serve before they step on site. We take that preparation seriously.
Performance-based model
Helm operates on a performance fee basis. Charities pay for results, not activity. It is a model built on mutual accountability and trust.
