Face-to-Face Fundraising Partnership
A new kind of face-to-face fundraising agency for your charity
Helm Campaigns recruits regular givers at private outdoor sites through experienced, self-employed fundraisers who deliver better conversations, better donor quality, and stronger long-term retention than traditional street fundraising teams.
Why it works
Why charities choose Helm
Experienced contractors, not young teams.
Self-employed fundraisers with 15+ years of people-facing careers in teaching, healthcare, sales and management. Not high-turnover student teams.
Private sites only.
Farmers markets, country shows, garden centres and community events. Never door-to-door, never street. A calmer, higher-quality environment.
Older donors who stay.
Our fundraisers naturally engage people their own age, typically 40+, resulting in stronger retention and fewer early cancellations.
Full compliance as standard.
Every contractor briefed on GDPR, vulnerability identification, Gift Aid and the legal solicitation statement before their first site.
Direct account management.
One named contact — Helm's founding director, with no layers of account management. Questions answered the same day wherever possible.
Clawback protection, built in
Our standard terms include clawback protection on failed and early-cancelled direct debits. Your charity is never paying the full fee for a donor who didn't stay. Rates and terms confirmed in your campaign proposal.

Acquisition fee structure
The acquisition fee is a multiplier on the donor's monthly gift. Higher gifts attract a proportionally higher fee, reflecting greater long-term income for your charity.
